Fibernetica was set and started operating in the Spanish telecommunications market in 2019. The core company is located in the Czech Republic, but the parental competencies such as support and development of 5th generation information networks are based in Russia, as well as part of the solution & development team. The team includes the owners of the Russian competence center and promoters who are residents of Spain. This project is set as the pilot for the Spanish market in terms of applied solutions. The basis of the project is LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network) technologies for covering the wireless IoT network.

The main platform partner of network solutions Cisco Systems, Inc., The project in the first 3 years will be focused on the El Maresme area, where there are about 30,000 business facilities: shopping centers, offices, hotels, etc. Fibernetica's HQ is located in Mataro, Barcelona. Fibernetica's strategic partner in this project is the Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme Foundation. It is a non-profit organization created by the City Council and District Council of El Maresme to manage and develop university research, new technology, and IT companies. Tecnocampus Business Park is a private foundation dedicated to serving public service in education and business development.

Fibernetica has a head office and legal partnerships agreements with a partner in order to work together on telecommunications and healthcare projects in line with the local development strategy.

Where does the homeland begin? We all remember the parental house with all its ghosts and a rumbling washing machine. Since then, we have grown, we have built our comfortable modern housing, we use all the benefits of informatization, but the parental home has remained in the past, with an archaic infrastructure, with the inability to use the amenities to which we have long been accustomed. Is there a way to change it? Can we make our parents' lives more comfortable and manageable? When buying a new old house, can we change it so that the same level of comfort will be available to us as in a new home and not become a debtor for 10-15 years? A couple of years ago, we were forced to put up with the fact that home automation demanded huge expenses and the maximum that we could afford was connecting the Internet and installing transient light switches so as not to go downstairs or walk across the room to turn off the lights.

The introduction of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies will make it possible to study each house and understand how it lives, with its features, and build a home management model. You do not need to know how much electricity or water is consumed when there is no one in the house, but you need to know that in your absence an air conditioner or heater is working, and after asking your permission, the trained system will offer you savings on electricity and turn off unused appliances. The triggering of the leakage sensor and the increased water consumption will give an understanding of the non-standard situation in the house, the automation will offer to turn off the pumps or turn off the water. Unexpected guests will be met by the police or a security company, and a smart system will notify the security agency. The entire house can be accessed from a convenient smartphone app.

The first thing we work at is the safety and comfort of private housing. Why? Because no one has enough time for this. When you come home from work, no one can expect you to automate your home today. In addition, there are a few inexpensive options. For example, if you have a country house, the best solution is to put it on guard, and hope that Google will correctly show the way to security in case of an incident or video surveillance, where you can then see who came to visit you without an invitation. Each of our team faced this problem and together we found a solution that turned the task of adapting traditional services into a business strategy.

Fortunately, the management of global world companies such as Google, Amazon. Samsung, etc. also have a parental home and conservative parents, or simply likes to buy historical buildings ....

Today, there are many IoT products on the market, in which manufacturers have laid down the possibility of smart switching with missing services or integration with existing ones. As a result, we have a paradoxical situation: Our refrigerator tells us that the food is running out, we want to buy food, the store is ready to sell it to us and deliver it, but to do all this is easier for us to get into the car and go to the nearest supermarket. And this situation concerns most of the innovative IoT capabilities for home use. Our team is outraged by this state of affairs. We have sufficient competence, education, and work experience to make a difference, close the gap between existing business practices and customer needs, integrating smart things into traditional services.
